• BEDOUK >3 and 4 February in Paris www.salon.bedouk.fr
  An event which brings together the whole of the Business and Event-Based Tourism sector, Bedouk MC&IT provides a unique context in which to meet, to dialogue and to detect the latest trends and innovations.  With a 16% increase in visitor numbers in 2009, the show received almost 8000 decision-makers and prescribers in the field of business events (as an indication, an equipped stand of 6 m2 amounts to 3,875 € + VAT).

• CFTAR Strategic Seminar > 5 and 6 May 2010 in Lille
  SCB participation in this seminar in Lille on 5 and 6 May 2010. The event includes a number of round tables and workshops for the purposes of defining CFTAR strategy and activity during 2010.
  
  
• IMEX >25, 26 and 27 May in Frankfurt www.imex-frankfurt.com
  International show for event-based travel, meetings and events. The 2009 show attracted 8,700 visitors, including 3,700 Hosted Buyers and 290 congress organisers from the organisations taking part in IMEX (as an indication, a standard module in the French zone costs 7,680 € + VAT).
  • Area dedicated to Strasbourg in the French zone: floor area 19.5 m2. 
  • Contribution: 1,800 to  2,000 euros exc. VAT per contributor.
  
  
• REUNIR > September in Paris www.reunir-salon.com
  16th meetings event for the seminars and congresses sector. More than 500 businesses were represented in 2009, including exhibition centres and luxury hotels. The event had almost 4,000 entries and 2,300 single visitors (as an indication, an equipped stand of 4 m2 amounts to 3,910 € + VAT).
  • 12 m2 destination stand in the VIP zone 
  • Contribution: 1,700 to 2,000 euros + VAT
  
  
• LIBE - Luxembourg Incentive Business Event >14 October in Mondorf-les-Bains
  2nd Workshop of Incentive Business Event in Luxembourg,  organised by Marketing et Consulting SA with the collaboration of Atout France Belgique
  
  
• HEAVENT > 16, 17, 18 November in Paris www.heavent-expo.com/fr/
  Heavent Porte de Versailles, 1st European Show for professionals in Events, Exhibitions and Congresses. More than 550 French and foreign exhibitors. 16000 visitors in 2008, 20,000 m2 of exhibition space and 1,000 m2 of external stands. Heavent is the major venue for prescribers and decision-makers in the field of business events. (As an indication, an equipped stand of 9 m2 amounts to 5,240 € + VAT). • 48 m2 stand with 4 corners
  • Contribution: 1,500 to 1,800 euros + VAT
  • 2010: the event is repeated in the light of the number of visitors and the relevance of the 2009 edition

  One of the major exhibitions for the business meetings industry in Europe. More than 8,000 visitors in 2008, including 3,700 Hosted Buyers and over 3,000 exhibiting companies from 170 countries: an international event for professionals in business travel. .
  • Presence in the Atout France space with a normal module.
