Just 25 minutes from Strasbourg and 15 minutes from Saverne, our location is ideal for Alsace scholars, discovering the Alsatian countryside. The conservation and enhancement of the built heritage will be the pillars of the site's appeal.
Our estate offers a wide range of products and can adapt to demand thanks to the modularity of its spaces. Indoor rooms are available for cultural events, corporate seminars, weddings and banquets. The central courtyard hosts local markets organized with local producers, open-air performances and outdoor events. Our sheltered 200m² wooden pergola with starry sky will provide a real island of coolness in summer. Eventually, rooms will be added to extend our offer to include more complete formulas. At present, we have partnerships with hotel operators around the estate, as well as a shuttle service.

Our sustainable approach

The project was closely linked to the preservation of Alsatian heritage, with the recovery of all materials present on the estate (stone, tiles, wood, framework, stove, etc.), the use of ancestral building techniques (lime, hemp, renovation of the bolster, etc.) and the installation of an economical heating system using pellets, shredded wood and miscanthus fields. The estate has been renovated in keeping with the volumes of the old spaces (the barn and the house). We plan to rebuild the barn in the coming years to reproduce the U-shaped farmhouse as it was in the past. Read more...
