Since its creation, we have given a central place to respect for the environment. For us, for you and for future generations, we have fitted out the Deux Rives youth hostel to minimize the impact of our activity on the environment.

WE SAVE WATER AND ENERGY:

• We have installed water savers on all taps so as not to deplete the resource;
• We replace every bulb with an energy saving bulb and have already fitted over 70% of our lights;
• We read our water and electricity meters every month to better manage consumption;
• We have a reasoned management of watering;
• We encourage you to adopt an eco-responsible attitude to protect the environment through our signage.

WE SORT WASTE:

• We have set up several selective sorting points; all our common areas are equipped with a pre-collection bag;

WE PREFER LOCAL PRODUCTS:

• You will find in our grocery store many products from our region and coming directly from producers;

AND MORE:

• Our green spaces are maintained without pesticides and we use alternative methods to products to control weeds and insects;
• We favor the planting of local plant species and do not water;
• We support bicycle travel through the Auberge's Vélhop station;
• We want to extend our approach through actions such as composting and the installation of rainwater collectors for cleaning and watering.

Our establishment, committed to an environmental approach, obtained the Green Key label in 2022.
