At NooToos Pro, we firmly believe that a company’s success is closely tied to a team’s ability to set aside genuine time to reconnect.

Far from being yet another opportunity to focus on performance or competition, our programs are an invitation to step away from the pressure to “always do things together” and simply be together.

We design half-day or full-day sessions for you that combine time for discussion with immersive experiences: mindful movement, meditation, theater, dance, singing, or an olfactory journey (depending on your preferences).

Whether at a location of your choice or at NooToos—our church converted into a cultural and spiritual venue in the heart of Strasbourg—we structure your event around three pillars:

- First, a relaxed, welcoming time to ease into the experience

- Then, a collective experience that reconnects you with your body, your emotions, and the present moment (choose from: sound and light show, mindful movement, meditation, singing, dance, olfactory journey, theater… contact us for the full list)

- Finally, a circle of discussion and connection, reflecting on the shared experience, interpersonal relationships, and the meaning of the common project.

Spotlight on our new program at NooToos: Explore your company’s story to better shape your future!

- It all begins with a screening of our sound-and-light show *Explore*, which traces the history of Strasbourg inside the nave (25 minutes, maximum X people)

- Next, we move on to a co-creation workshop where teams reclaim the company’s narrative by drawing parallels between a city’s resilience through the ages and the organization’s key milestones.

It is also entirely possible to create custom formats tailored to address specific challenges within your organization.

In short, for Noo, team building is a profound managerial act—a time to step back and reconnect with oneself, the group, and the shared purpose of the project, ensuring that everyone is moving in the same direction.
