Privatize the Voodoo Castle! Give your guests, colleagues or clients a unique experience: for a meeting, a product launch, a conference, a seminar, a training session, a team-building event or a cocktail reception. You will also be able to enjoy:

The museum's location, in the heart of Alsace, just a few minutes from the city centre, in the city of Strasbourg, on the banks of the Rhine, makes it an easily accessible venue for your business events.

Capacities: Flexible space on the 3rd floor: 80 seated guests (conference style) – 110 guests for a standing cocktail reception – 60 guests for a sit-down meal.

Catering / Dinner cocktail reception: We offer a bespoke catering menu. To delight your guests, we will contact several caterers to obtain a variety of menu ideas and quotes based on your preferences, budget and expectations (local, sustainable, vegan, gluten-free, lactose-free…). We will draw up the specifications together with you to ensure your complete satisfaction. Everything is possible: cocktail dinner, sit-down meal, aperitif, buffet… and we can handle all liaison with the caterer.

Equipment: The 3 floors at your disposal allow you to create an event tailored to your vision, with larger spaces for conferences as well as more intimate areas for workshops and group work. For your reception, we provide everything you need to make your event a success: Wi-Fi, tables (round and square), chairs, screen, projector, flipchart, microphone, and sound system. Reception and security staff will also be on hand to welcome you.

FUND YOUR EVENT DIFFERENTLY: Corporate Sponsorship! Individuals and businesses can support the Voodoo Castle by making a cash donation, a gift in kind, or a skills-based contribution. For businesses, the tax reduction is equal to 60% of the donated amount, within the limit of 0.5% of pre-tax turnover. In return, the sponsoring company may benefit from the use of our spaces as a counterpart. Our rates will be tailored to your event.
